1. Saamoja and this agreement

Saamoja Technologies Limited operates Saamoja Account, Meetigen, Zaiwe, and the saamoja.com company website. One Saamoja Account identifies you across our products. This agreement applies when you create or use that Account and when you use a Saamoja product. Each purchase also has its own displayed offer details, total price, access conditions, and applicable cancellation and refund terms. You see those details before making that purchase.

We publish a new version of this agreement when its shared rules materially change and ask you to accept the current version at Account sign-in. We keep the version and time you accepted. A new version does not rewrite the evidence of an older acceptance or a completed order's recorded commercial terms.

2. Account and acceptable use

Keep access to your email and Account secure, provide accurate information, and do not impersonate another person. Do not use our services for fraud, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, or interference with another person's access. A creator is responsible for the accuracy of the Events or Products they publish and for the rights needed to offer them. Saamoja may review or restrict content, an Account, a sale, or seller capability where reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, law, provider requirements, or this agreement. We will explain available corrections or appeals where lawful and practical.

Shared identity does not merge every product record into one public profile. Meetigen retains Event and ticket records, Zaiwe retains Product and access records, and Account is the shared identity and seller-readiness authority.

3. Privacy and shared data

Saamoja processes the information needed to verify identity, operate accounts and purchases, provide access, support customers and creators, secure the services, prevent abuse, meet legal duties, and resolve disputes. This can include profile and contact information, account and session records, Event and Product activity, order and access records, seller-readiness status, support messages, and security evidence. Payment providers handle payment credentials and regulated payment steps; Saamoja keeps the references and records needed to reconcile a transaction.

A single Account identifier lets Saamoja connect permitted facts across products for the same person. Within an authorized creator workspace, Saamoja may use that creator's Event and Product relationships to show aggregate audience segments and enable relevant communications. A creator cannot use another creator's audience. Private recipient information is not presented as a general audience list. Access to personal, seller, and financial records is limited to authorized people and services.

We use providers for hosting, authentication, payment, email delivery, security, and support. Providers receive only the information needed for their role under applicable controls. Some processing may occur outside Kenya; the current provider and transfer details are maintained with our privacy records. We retain records for the purpose collected and for applicable legal, financial, safety, refund, dispute, and security needs, then delete or de-identify them when no longer needed subject to lawful holds.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, objection, restriction, portability, or erasure of your personal data. Contact contact@saamoja.com for privacy, Account, or complaint requests. We may verify your identity before responding and explain any lawful limitation.

4. Creator email and your choices

Essential messages about sign-in, a purchase, an Event, access, safety, a refund, or a change to a service are separate from promotional email. Buying a Meetigen Event ticket or Zaiwe digital Product can establish a relationship with that creator. For purchases made after this policy becomes effective, Saamoja may use that relationship to send promotional email from that creator about the creator's Events and digital Products, subject to applicable law and your current preferences. Older purchases are not enrolled retroactively.

Every promotional email must offer an unsubscribe path. You can stop promotional email from one creator without stopping another creator, and you can stop promotional email from all creators. These choices do not stop essential service messages. A later purchase from a creator may make you eligible for that creator's promotional email again under the published policy and applicable law. Saamoja will keep an auditable record of purchases, preferences, objections, and sending decisions. Accepting this agreement alone does not send a campaign or erase an unsubscribe.

5. Shared payment rules

Before a paid purchase, the relevant product shows the item or Event, seller or creator, price, currency, charges, and the terms that apply to that order. You can decline before payment begins. A licensed payment provider processes payment. A browser return or a visible payment screen does not prove that money moved. Saamoja provides paid access only after verified provider confirmation. We keep the recorded commercial terms and payment evidence for the order.

Refund eligibility depends on the purchase and the applicable product schedule below, the displayed order terms, and mandatory rights. A request is not a completed refund. We show the available progress and confirm completion only after provider evidence. We do not promise a provider settlement or refund time that the provider has not confirmed. Nothing in this agreement removes a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Meetigen Event schedule

The organizer is responsible for delivering the Event and its published details. At paid checkout, Meetigen shows the Event, ticket tier, quantity, total, and the Event payment and refund terms. The buyer's agreement to those exact transaction terms is recorded separately from acceptance of this shared agreement. Paystack processes supported payments. Meetigen issues paid tickets only after verified provider confirmation.

You may request an ordinary voluntary cancellation until 24 hours before the scheduled Event start. After that deadline, ordinary voluntary cancellation is not refundable. An eligible refund may exclude the Meetigen commission included in the ticket price and any Paystack processing fee the provider does not return; a refund will not exceed the amount paid. A cancelled, undelivered, or materially postponed Event is handled under the Event's communicated options and mandatory rights. Organizer funds may need to be recovered before a refund can be completed. Meetigen assists with provider submission and shows the actual refund state; it does not mark a refund complete from a request or announcement alone.

7. Zaiwe digital Product schedule

A Zaiwe Product can have a free, one-time, or recurring Offer. The Offer presented before purchase states its price and currency, included content, access period, renewal interval where relevant, cancellation route, and applicable refund conditions. Content-update cadence is separate from billing interval. A recurring charge is not initiated without the disclosed authorization, and cancellation stops future renewals under the terms shown for that Offer. A free claim creates no paid order.

Paid access is granted only after verified provider evidence and an authorized entitlement. If content is unavailable, materially different from the described Offer, or another purchase problem occurs, Zaiwe will review the order and the applicable remedy under the displayed Offer terms and mandatory rights. A browser redirect, a creator claim, or a customer screenshot alone does not prove payment or refund completion.

8. Changes, rights, and contact

Saamoja may update a service or this agreement prospectively. The version you accepted and the recorded terms of a completed purchase remain available for audit. This agreement is intended to operate under Kenyan law, subject to mandatory rights. Send policy, privacy, account, payment, or complaint enquiries to contact@saamoja.com.
